I am asking abt the transfer idc if its from lumiel>siel or siel>lumiel.
As i said in my previous post. If your tickets are legal they will never remove it. understand?

 

Why would you transfer a char from siel to lumiel, knowing that lumiel isn't populated. And Hey, I can see that you are a lumiel player. So what is the reason behind transferring chars from siel tot Lumiel.

the point is, he do before y'all admin give free change name ticket (free transfer).
he pay 1500 each transfer (if im not wrong) and he get change name ticket because his name is same so....
so he feel harmed, because y'all remove change name ticket even they people have long long long time ago before you give free for change name ticket (free transfer) just it.....

 

On aion 5.0 before update i cant play at siel hard to login but not on lumiel coz that i play at lumiel
2nd coz i wann make 2 race my id

What I am talking about is, The Admins knows best where your tickets came from. If they deleted it, then it's pretty obvious that you got it from abusing. Your words abt your so-called transfer doesn't prove anything at all.

I believe they can track items. So @Raflez do you still want to continue your story knowing that the high ups are fully aware where your tickets came from?

 

All [Event] Name change tickets were deleted on the day Lumiel server closed, even those belonging to genuine Lumiel players who had only just been able to transfer. These players are now unable to change their names due to certain people abusing the feature. I am currently waiting to hear if anything can be done about this for those genuine players.

im sorry again, the only thing that i know, he do transfer when system cost 1500 creedit, because me and raflez do almost same time after lumiel event and need to move prize item to siel ^o^/

 

So what is the transfer from siel to lumiel all about.

 

5x Name change tickets all from transfers doesn't seem to be believable at all. If he got it since before the 5.0 update then he probably already used it or traded it for some valuable things since 2 updates were done. If I am wrong, I am really sorry for my accusations.

 

People transferred for many reasons; to make a dual race account, to move items or even to try lower ping or a less populated server. Just because you wouldn't personally do something doesn't mean others wouldn't.

Even though credits were spent, it seems you were taking advantage of the fact tickets were generated when transferring. However we will await the admins' decision.

I think something is being lost in translation unfortunately. It seems most likely 5 tickets were generated from 5 separate transfers.

@Raflez we will await an admin decision regarding this, closing thread for now.
