Rejected Characters showing as default design

Characters showing as default design​

Bug Description:

Every time I log in it will show as the default character rather then the customized one I made. This is for multiple characters that I've made. Relogging from Character Selection doesn't fix it. When I had the one day value pack I was only able to fix it by using the Beauty feature. If there is a workaround I don't know about to temporarily fix it would be appreciated.​

Character Appearance Reverting Back​

Bug Description:

My character's appearance reverts back to the preset when i first initially made the character and it happens every time i close out of the game and get back on.​

How to reproduce/proof:

Buy an appearance change coupon -> Change appearance -> Close out of the game -> Log back on -> Your appearance should have reverted back to default.​
