    how is that happen can u please elaborate in order to understand what's wrong with your items, hence like this case better to send PM to SAM or Puddle so that they can trace or check your issue.

    Unfortunately there is no way to track items that were lost due to warehouse transfer.
    Avoid transferring items through the warehouse for awhile.
