[Exploit] Markplace Queue Cancel.​

Bug Description:

You can cancel an item on the queue at any given time during the queue.

It should be:
You can cancel an item 5 minutes after it has been put up the market for buying.

Fix: Change value of wait time from 5 minutes -> 20 minutes (this allows the 15 queue time, then 5 minutes after item has been listed)​

How to reproduce/proof:

1. List an item
2. Wait 5 minutes
3. Cancel it.​

Not gamebreaking, but it is an exploit people are using to troll other people with rare items - it can also be used to spam server chat.
