Rejected pretty much all slots in all my warehouses are bugged

pretty much all slots in all my warehouses are bugged​

Bug Description:

all slots are bugged on every char except my maehwa. including all my warehouses. this happened right after i exchanged 2 horses and bread another 2. wierd thing is my ranger which i used to play all the time i just retired. all of a sudden 2 days ago i logged into it and it was doing some type of retarded dance. moving real slow. and looked like she was holding onto a slanted pole and would move around in a circle until i talked to an npc to unbug it. happened every time i had to switch to her. everything was fine till the moment a craft was done. it was one of the +2 movement speed outfits. and thats gone cuz i have no inventory space left. bs. plz fix it if you guys can i also bleached a whole outfit right before that happened also not sure if any of those were the cause. but like the bug i just posted about the mov speed outfit melted and tried to transfuse with an outfit may have been the cause. it didnt transfuse. ill pm carl or something when i get the chance if he comes on anytime soon.​

update. after restart earlier, didnt fix nothing. pearl shop value pack not working. inventory slots are kinda working.some work some dont. this is just a big bummer for me. literally just got done with back surgery (l5-s1) shaved off cuz of its pinching a nerve. bout an hour ago, and can barely play the game which is the only thing i wanna do.
