    Start > Search > type 'regedit' > HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > System > ControlSet001 > Services > delete xhunter1

    Make sure Antivirus allows x3.xem in your Black Desert Online bin/bin64 folder to run.

    I do not have this file
    And I deleted the antivirus, off the firewall
