32-bit environment, memory issue

Hell guys,
After downloading this client, I was able to create a character. However, when I tried to log in the character, I encountered this error during loading screen into the game.
It says, 32-bit environment, memory issues. I have tried lowering graphic settings but it did not help.
My specs:
Windows 10 Pro 64-bit
Intel i7-7700
RAM: 16GB
Graphic: Nvidia Geforce GTX 1060 6GB
I can play other games on 64-bit without problem. Only this game has this issue. Please help.

Edit: updated info. The taskmanager says BlackDesert64.exe is running. I can still play the game. But it does not seem to load anything anymore, no attack/spellcast animations, invisible NPCs, black Shihoette NPCs, etc...

 

Try the following:
-Make sure you have enough free disk space.
-Delete the service.ini in 'Black Desert Online' folder.
-Delete the UserCache folder in 'Documents' > 'Black Desert' (C:\Users\HP\Documents\Black Desert\UserCache)
-Delete the Cache folder in your game installation folder.

 

Are there other options for correcting mistakes?
