    Did you try with another broswer?
    I can also see two clients, close one of them and stay online for at least another 10 minutes.

    You are currently online with two clients, which means only one account will get the time counted. Close one of the clients, or both of them, launch the game again with only one client, wait 10 minutes and try again.
