Help "failed to conect"

    Hi,
    GamezBD - 248529_2.jpg
    I'm trying to get into the game but it gives this error when I click on start
    I have already disabled the antivirus and firewall, reinstalled the game, downloaded the client again but nothing
    The only thing I did not do was format windows

    Any help, pls

    from a torrent link and then updated with the launcher gamez, I can not download from the NA because I am from Brazil and ip is blocked

    my problem was some kind of permission that the launcher had within the disk C :, then ANZO, from discord, said to change the launcher folder to a different directory of C :, which in my case was the d: and it worked
