    I had such a problem.
    When I run the launcher, I get this error.
    I have already tried to re-install the launcher.
    Tried to restart the computer.
    Nothing helped.
    When I reinstalled the launcher, it first opened for a couple of seconds, and then immediately closed.
    What do I do with this?

    Had Same problem ! Just needed to update windows i guess they have just new framework for client
