i buy websit BL bow ... but missing ...

i check may mail box ... no have BL bow .... but in may websit inventory is there... in game no have BL bow

 

But just wait till the mail come up. It takes several times .

Actually, relogging won't help you at all. I have been waiting (for days now) for anyone from the staff to help me out with a BL ring. It got bugged in the same way as your bow. It is visible in my inventory on the gamez website, but it's nowhere to be found in game.

It has happened to me in the past that the mail needed some time to arrive. Wait for 20-30min and if you don't receive it then you can start worrying about it...
