ERROR!

I already created a post with this problem, but I was never given an answer, so I create it again. When I try to launch the launcher, I get this error: It is not possible to run this application on your computer. Although before everything worked. I've already reinstalled the launcher, restarted my PC, currently I'm on Windows 8, but I tried to put 8.1, but it did not help. I even did restoration of my PC, but it did not help either. What do I do with this?
The screenshot says: It's impossible to run this application on your computer. To find the version for your computer, contact the application publisher.

 

Download and install the latest version of Microsoft .NET Framework 4.7 and reinstall your GamezBD Launcher. If it doesn't work, send a PM with your teamviewer ID and PSW.

 

It did not help, but I got rid of the error by installing Windows 10

 

Actually it helps. I managed to solve this problem through teamviewer many times. It usually happens when the latest version of net framework is not installed.
