    Hi,

    In regards to this thread,

    I am wondering why exchanges are not allowed if requested within a short period of time after the purchase.

    Every one makes mistakes in misreading fine print. I remember when I bought a Cleric Set on accident instead of chanter set. Of course I didn't really complain; I just traded the set for a Templar set. But human error exist, especially for those who cannot read English well.

    Not trying to bash or start a huge argument. Just trying to get some info.

    I understand the frustration especially when the item being purchased is expensive. It was really elaborated that the new PvP items are for a certain race and class.

    We will not replace anything for any mistakes made, the terms and conditions upon exchanging your credits for the item were already laid out for everyone.

    Yea, I notice that. I don't make this mistake no more myself. Only reason I made that mistake long ago was because of the old system and the only way you could tell which set is which is by knowing that Arbiter Set goes to Cleric and Principal goes to Chanter even though both classes can wear both sets. Now there should be less excuses.

    But maybe a discussion on possibly developing an automatic system that can allow for a exchange automatically if you request it within 12 hours of purchase.

    We don't refund player mistakes when the player accidentally purchased a different item from the web shop. However, if the items were incorrect in some way such as Crit Strike +19 / Crit Strike +9 which is bugged, send a detailed PM to SAM+ to start a refund process.
