   Bug Description:
   

   Safe level enchanted weapon and armor does not return all the stones used.​

   How to reproduce/proof:
   

   Make 7+ weapon and 5+ armor then extract the stones.
   Only 6 and 4 stones are returned respectively.​

   this is normally how it works, you don't always get back the exact amount used for enchanting
