Are you using a 32bit windows system? BDO runs on 64bit on your system.
Anyway, there is one way. Follow the instructions carefully.

1. Go to your Black Deset Online folder where you installed.
2. Find "bin64" folder. and change its name. for example "back bin 64".
(The reason for doing this is to backup.This is a backup. If you have problems later, you can change this folder to its original "bin64" state.)
3. Find the "bin" folder. and rename that to "bin64". This folder contains a 32-bit launcher.
4. Find the "blackdesert32.exe" in bin64 folder what changed the name. and rename it from "blackdesert32.exe" to "BlackDesert64.exe"
(As you can guess at this point, you replace the 32bit exe file with the name of the 64bit exe file.)
5. Now start the game just through GamezBD Launcher.exe

Sometimes, bit error may be caused by windows defender. turning off windows defender is one way.

And be careful, she said that "not recommend using 32bit, there is zero benefit in doing so."
