Can´t Install x3.xem error

Hi,

I´ve tried many ways to get back to gamezbd but for some reason I can´t install Black desert anymore. I've tried what you posted as a guide but didnt work. After many attempts I got this message


after this issue, it goes back to updating patch files and stays at 0%...been trying this for 2 months, even let it "update" for 3 days dont know what else to do. I went to the address but it doesnt download the file. hope someone could help. Thanks

 

You have the NA/EU version of BDO, correct?

 

how can I know that? now that you ask me i remeber the launcher used to send me to the kakaogames launcher to get the game files but this time it didnt do that.
