game dont launch

hello help here pls...game dont pass nsoft screen
says client encountered a problem and needs to close
i played lastnite anyone help here pls

 

find ur version in the ncsoft launcher and post it here, would help. make sure u dont update to 2.0 (any 1.9 version works fine). u can try right click->repair in the launcher or reinstal gamez launcher

knowing ur operating system and hardware specs would help too

 

it says version = 1.9.0.1
i disabled auto update..on nsoft

 

Try to update your video card drivers and directx. I had the same problem awhile back on another computer and this solved it.
