Speed Hacker!

This is a speed hackers who didnt notice i had my fraps on and started his hacking when he got low on health (what a freaking noob) ign = lieresmz look at the map you see his dot blinks around then as i get closer you see him teleport then teleport behind me and you can see his name when he kills me

Well I see him teleporting, but I don't see him moving very fast personally. My first impression is lag.

 

before the video he was going about normally then he teleported about 20ft away form about 3 of us and he kept going and as i had him targeted it said 0distance. If you can have great ping then still have great ping and have someone instantly start lagging is suspicious.

Hmm, I'm still watching this, and I'm not sure about the speed where he's moving back to you. He's definitely lagging, because he jumps around on the radar. Bounces forward and draws towards you before bouncing back to about the same distance as before. He does move pretty fast in moving towards you though.

He was perfectly good cuz i ran into him before and we got into a fight (no duh) then i ran cuz i went low hp but he didnt chase then he comes closer to the spot i was at with 2 other guys then we start atking he gets low hp then runs and then *magically* starts lagging. Started recording when he teleported.

to OP: have you watched your vid yourself? You can clearly see that he closed wings when you start to descend to get you. And closing wings in flight during battle always was buggy and laggy thing to do. Also it is probably you who is lagging cuz of fraps (you get lower fps when there is some action on your screen).
