Freez and lags

    Hi. I play here about 2 weeks. After update i have freez every 1 min in game. And long load NPC in towns. Il try reinstal client but it didnt hep. Also updated video drivers.
    in official server everything is fine.
    i7 3820 GTX780Ti 8Gb RAM WIN 7.
