    Fuse with what?

    You can fuse any items to Prime items except those items that can be conditioned. If you plan to put in under an item it is also possible unless the main weapon can be conditioned like BL items

    prime+bl? or prime+prov orb?

    Yes. But it would be better if you use it under prov orb. But if you plan to keep it then use that orb yellow named one that drops in tiamat stronghold *forgot the name :)* cause it gives attack speed +19%

    you can't fuse weapons that have conditioning with others that have augment...what more you can fuse weapon if the upper one is higher lvl then the under one...means provenace (83+ UP) and prime (75+ UNDER)...it's the best fuse to my opinion for mage class (Sorc/SM) but i guess you will not have to defuse once you fuse them...
