Where are my characters?

I came to play again since... 2 years ago (maybe xD) and I can not find my characters full equip on my account. What happened in this time?
I only have one character that I do not remember to used.

Please, can someone from staff contact with me to solve this problem?

Also, my cousin have the same problem. Both played at same time. Now we wanted to see if the server still alive or not. But he only have one character too...

I think lumiel server was already remove by Carl in 3.5 ver

 

Not really, it was discontinued 5 or few months ago. And we are already on 5.3 that time.

 

Yes... the characters were on lumiel... but... why they deleted the characters? I have lost all my progress? They should move them to the new server -.-

 

I am not sure to play again on this server.. I preferred Lumiel because you must choose the stigma skill (I do not remember the name xD) Is it the same in Siel now? Also, I have vote a loooooooooot of time to get a decent set... this is the main problem =/ I lost all my credits. I remembered when each part of set cost 2.500 and I equipped 5 characters... all of them with their own set.

But the main question is... Siel is working with all skills automatically learned? Or you must select what you want like Lumiel? I prefer the 2nd option,

 

Siel is on full stigma system.

 

Lumiel was changed to a full stigma system shortly before it closed, so that choice would no longer be an option, even if the server were open.

 

Pfff... and is not possible to get a little help for this? I mean, some credits to compensate everything I lost in the other server?
If not.. there is not a reason to start play here again from 0.

 

There are a lot of notice and warnings that you should transfer all of your characters and items before they close the server that’s why they made transfer from lumiel to siel for free. You can still find a decent gear for pvp as a starter, you can buy proctor/arbiter stuffs in-game by using Abyss Points.

 

Well... But did you thought for the inactive players? Of course there were a lot of warnings, but they should send a mail to the registered account mail.
Sorry if it sounds violent, but I'm pissed. I have lost all from this server...

 

You have a point that they should give emails that time in your own perspective emails connected in your account. Nevertheless, it would not matter anymore since these stuffs should have done in the past.

no...to that point then every1 who was on lumiel and don't know that it has been deleted as you would have a "compensate" for old items that now/"in future" would be useless...a part old rare skins or woc2...but it's not staff fault if you leaved and then come back after years claiming for refunds

 

2 Years ago Arbiter was TOP gear for 2,5k credits/piece .. If you would like to get your armor back go:
Elyos: /where Seneta - Proctor/Principal Gear
Asmo: /where Skad - Arbiter/Suzerain Gear

You can buy these with AP now... As for the accessories, new starter ones are better than your old Discordant/Shepherd that were deleted. (You can enchant them to +10 now and will give you decent stats)

 

Yah.. As mentioned above, only woc2 and rare skins are left to be valuable in the current version. Talking about gears like arb and old access, they can be easily bought thru NPCs at low cost. Also, ranks and APs are still useless since we had a full reset that time.
