PLEASE HELP me to open my BUNDLES

Kindly open all my bundles i have..

<Fire Dragon's Weapon Bundle>
<Strong Wyvern Form Candy Bundle>

Hello, that is a known bug. None of them can't be open atm and can't be open by an AM, also the only bundle that can be open is the Sleek Hovercycle Chest and also can only be open by a SAM.

 

if im not mistaken they arent bugged they're disabled most of them are used in weekly and event rewards.

 

They cannot open those bundles because those bundles contains more than one type of item inside. SAM can open Sleek Hovercycle chest as stated above because you cannot get another type of item on that chest other than the hovercycle itself.

 

I'm sorry but the bundles you mentioned cannot be exchanged simply because we do not exchange bundles that give more than one possible item. If you have any single bundle item such as Sleek Hovercycle or [Stamp] Plastic Surgery Ticket, which is another bugged item, send me a PM here or ingame.
