plss help cant'login we got an error [IP] error when server crash... i dont know.. but in every our [IP] got that error


i always say it to [GM]Brynecalic and [Admin]Alente
but they dont say our [IP] is on the banned list
what happen.. pls help [GM]/[Admin]

if it will fix i will change our [IP] coz i think we got a pr0b.. on it plss fix it...:crying::crying:

When you say we/our you and who?, Are you sure you didn't get banned? Also whats the crash message? or does it just freeze on you. Were you able to login successfully before from that computer?

 

i already say that [GM]Brynecalic and [Admin]Alente said that our IP is not on the Banned list coz we incounter this pr0blem when the server got crash... its a shop btw!! but we have a6 pc units only and got 5 pc have aion...so we can see if someone play and get some huck or bug!! but our [IP] is not banned... only when server got crash and when it come's back that's our problem error on [IP]

Please foward a message to Zodake, Brynecalic, or autumn.

Tell them your account name, in-game name, and IP address, and ask them to investigate the ban logs if you are there, and if you arent, ask them to un-ban your accounts.

I'm not sure what it is, but it seems that sometimes users get randomly banned (perhaps by the system? I dont know) or if you play at a web-cafe` the IP could've been blocked.

Anyway a simple PM like that will get you guys cleared up.

 

yes i pm [GM]Brynecalic but she's not online when it have a serve crash we incounter this kind of error this is the 3rd time around... and i said to [GM]Brynecalic if our [IP] is on the banned list but she said that our ip is not on the banned list but thank you sir i will just pm other serior [GM] thank you again
