Horse breeding reset count not working at all​

Bug Description:

I cant reset all of my horse breeding count, started 2 days ago after server reboot, and I think it must be family bound, cause I tried to switch to another character in the same account and still cant, when I press the button reset breeding count nothing happens, no notice, no nothing

Today I wanted to drop horse breeding, answered the proposal of the system affirmatively and nothing happened.
Horse: "Kobila" 5 Grade. Item wasn't used in my inventory (for 640 pearls)
Family name : Berg

 

I had this problem two days ago actually. It fixed for me by calling the horse out of the stable, remote collecting, then recovering. The coupon then worked without a glitch. Hope this helps.

this problem is not fixed to my character, but luckily, my alt suddenly didn't affected, so now every time I want to reset breeding count, I use my alts

 

Sounds like your character itself is bugged. Maybe @Noyah or @Kolka could help...
