75 Glory Points per win. You should wait for the weekends. Casemates. Win: 750 Glory Points, Lose: 300 Glory Points.
If you're an elyos, the lowest GP in the ranking is 10k+ and most of them are 4-star officers. Getting into 1-star officer rank will take 2k - 3k+ Glory Points, since I didn't went to a 1-star position, I directly went to 2-star officer when I reached 3.5k Glory Points.

Guardian: 75 (or 100) Per Win
FFA: Depending on your rank (1-300)
Mix: Depending on your rank (1-300)
Two Gods: 75 per Win
1v1: 30 per Win
Auto Group & GvG: 75 per win
