game closes without error message

    hello me game close me game close for some reason me disable antivirus and delete version.dat file and run file check someone help pls

    Why would you delete version.dat? Did you set exceptions to Black Desert Online folder?
    Make sure your video card drivers are up to date.

    A friend told me to delete it and run a file check. I set exceptions in my antivirus for BDO if that's what you're referring to.
    Video card drivers are up to date.

    The game closes without an error message. Doesn't even freeze. It just closes.
