Stuck at loading screen

    Hey there, before posting this i tried pretty much every solution posted on GamezBDO Errors and Solutions, but none worked.
    When I launch the game, a black screen comes up... And it doesn't seem like it will change. Even after a 20 min wait it is still there until i click on it and BDO has stopped working.
    Has anybody an idea for this?

    If it's gamezbd that has stopped working, do a force check. If it is black desert online that has stopped working, repair the retail client.
