    Hi, I'm wondering if I can buy BL acc/set with another account and give it to my main account?

    Yes you can. Its BL and Prov weapon are tradable WITHOUT VIP

    Are BL accessories and armors also tradable w/o VIP?

    Oh, thx for the detailed list! Just to confirm so Wing of Circle LV2 is tradable only with VIP?

    Also, on the list it says that BL harp is tradable w/o VIP, my main account has VIP and when I tried to trade it to my other account, it says "item untradable". Why is that?

    Double check your harp if it has a fused weapon on it, weapon that has fuse are not tradable even when you have VIP.
