Game crashes without any error after startup Gamez Logo

    Exactly what the title says, I've looked around the forums and unchecked "read only", reinstalled several times, recopies several times, and still nothing... any help???

    Alrighty... so now it plays for about 3 minutes, then crashed without warning or any sign.......

    Make sure to have an Administrative access on your PC. And install the latest version of Direct X and .Net Framework clients.

    Navigate to the following directory in your computer:
    Code:
    %userprofile%\Documents\Black Desert
    • Delete the UserCache folder.
    • Delete the Cache folder in your game installation folder.
    Make sure your video card drivers are up to date.
    Go to Start -> Search -> type Device Manager -> Display Adapters -> Right click on your video card -> Update Driver Software -> Search automatically for updated driver software.

    I've done all the steps shown above from both, it went back to crashing after the gamez logo.... thanks for trying though.
