Help on connecting to the server

Hello there could someone please provide me with a guide on how to connect to the game? I have downloaded the 5.3 version torrent and also the game itself from NCSoft launcher what should i do next to connect? since I tried to move the files downloaded from the 5.3 torrent download (28gig) into the NCsoft Aion folder and renamed it to GamerzAION however when i started the game and logged in it crashed at character selection. could someone explain what I did wrong and how to set up the game properly? thanks.

 

It should be in different folders. You can't merge two different versions of Aion clients.

 

The torrent from the website is the full game. All you have to do is open the launcher and start the game.

 

Retail version is not compatible with our server. You will have to download the client from the torrent:

I tried running it before without the retail version, just the torrent full game and it game me error "game not available in your country" and then found on forums that i should repair the launcher with NSoft launcher but it did not work and u need retail version for NCsoft launcher

 

Download and install Microsoft Visual C++ 2017 Redistributable (x64). If the problem persists, try running the game through the bat file: Click to download.
Drag the file to your GamezAION folder and run the game.

 

you can't use NCsoft launcher when repair or playing gamezaion since retail aion version is 5.6 which is not compatible ,you may use this link to download gamezaion 5.3. http://gamezaion.com/GamezAION 5.3.torrent when the torrent finish the download , and from there open GamezAION.exe

 

Okay I followed the steps necessary and launched the game but it still gives me the error "Game not available in you country/language"

 

Did you try the bat file?

 

Okay so the error dissapeared

but i just get a black screen with an arrow every time i try to run the game, i will try to download the bat file and microsoft 2017 C+++ and keep you updated guys, thanks for the help so far.

So after installing the microsoft visual C++ 2017 and trying to run the game through the bat32. file and the game launcher the game starts up and goes to a black screen at the intro page "omens of ice" and when i tab out it says "failed to initialize the game" bare in mine i replaced the L10N original file with the retail version file since i was getting the "game not available in your country" error and once i replaced the files the game would launch.

There, try the following solutions:
Solution 1: Go to your GamezAION folder -> Rght click -> 'Properties' -> unstick 'Read-only' -> 'Apply' -> 'Apply to all subfolders' -> 'OK'.
Solution 2: If it doesn't work then do the following:
Go to your GamezAION folder -> Right click on GamezAION.exe and select Properties -> Compatibility -> Run compatibility troubleshooter -> Try recommended settings -> Test the program -> Save settings.

And if the two solutions didn't work, drag the bat file to your GamezAION folder and run the game.
