Quest "Pure Water for an experiment"

    Will not proc no matter what I do. I'm above the required gathering level, processing levels and obviously above level 31 but there is no quest from the quest giver nor any quests from the prerequisite quest givers. Just a heads up.

    Press 'O' then tick the "all" icon at the bottom. It should show at the npc then.
