Newbie Questions

Hi guys,
I haven't played Aion in a while and I feel completely newbie - so I have a few questions

I'm seeing people with these cool water dragon weapon skins, can someone explain how they're obtained?
I also see that high-end gears now are prime guardian, boundless and elite arbiter - how difficult are these to get?

Any help or tips to get started is appreciated,

Water Dragon King weapons are obtained through the weekly web shop or special events. Also, by having a Daring Water Dragon weapon (no animation ones), with luck, temper it to +5 and you can upgrade it to a weapon with animation.

These gears are not difficult to get unless you vote twice a day or donate for credits.

Those high-end gears are only through AP/trades btw (other than donate)? Not sure how I should start gearing up too if you have any tips
And last thing, what's the best way to make kinah?

 

Through trades and voting.

You should try gearing up temporarily with Arbiter/Proctor/Principal/Suzerain sets first. Since you're aiming with BL/Prime ones.

If you're always online like 24/7, time is equivalent to kinah through Online Time Exchange in website. Another tip is to farm lots of Greater Supplements (Mythic) and sell it.
