how to open some quest reward boxes

    hi, how to open some quest reward boxes?
    i tried to open it but it doesnt it only show :You cannot extract item while Tonirunerk's Really Good Present Box.
    PLEASE HELP

    Hello, some bundles are bug and we cannot opened it for you because it contains random items. Keep it first and you can use it in the future.

    So it can be openned in distant future or more sooner? Or is it only a possibility to be openned?

    Event or not, we don't exchange bundles that give more than one possible item. Unless... you are lucky enough to get your hands on Afterburner Bundle :)

    You can't open these bundles. If you have a bundle that contains only one type of item ( i.e sleek, afterburner), I will exchange it for you.
