ABG helm or hat for ranger

helm over hat:
+ 83 def
+ 35 MR
+ 91 block
Hat over helm:
+ 62 evasion

imo: Block is useless on a ranger, Def is buggy so it really doesn't reduce damage taken, and Mres means nothing on this server unless you are a cleric in full ABG gear stacked MRES. However, you rarely dodge in PvP (especially if you are fighting someone with an ABG weapon) so evasion is pretty useless as well.

in the end it is really your call, I don't think it makes a huge difference either way you go. The stats you really care about (HP, flight speed, PvP damage reduction) are the same on both.

Edit: does strike fortitude actually work? I don't see those numbers added on in my stat window in game.
