    we all know there always some place where the monster have more chance to drop certain of itens or materials, my questions is... where is the place who has the highest rate to drop > urge of terro and urge of wrath ???(pray)(pray)

    it should be on inggi or gelk.. close to the padma cave.. those tanky mobs drops it when I still farm those back in 4.5

    As I remember, Level 60-65 Balaur mobs drops them. Gelkamaros and Inggison offers you the best spot for farming. Also, you can try Idian Depths, Cygnea and Enshar.

    Moreover, some instances do have drops for the said materials namely; Drakensphire Depths, Raksang Ruins, Seized Rentus Base, Danuar Reliquary, Danuar Sanctuary, Dragon Lords Refuge, Tiamat Stronghold, Ophidan Bridge and other new Instances.
