GamezBDO stop working

Every 1-2 min I getting this error.

Navigate to your Black Desert Online game client folder, right click on the folder and choose properties, select the 'General' tab and clear the 'Read-only' check box to remove the read-only attribute or select the check the box to set it. Click 'OK' to save your changes.

 

I can't, its still "read only" after removing.

Hello! I have been browsing the forums to find a solution to my issues and this is exactly the same, I can't fix it, or seem to find a solution.
So far I've installed the C++ distributable 2017 and .Net Framework v4.7
I have tried setting the BDO folder to deactivate the read only, grant it admin access to do it, but then when i go check again its still on read-only.
Other things to detail, my client was at patch 472 and has patched all the way to 661. I can log in, but when I click Start it just freezes


I reinstalled the launcher 3 times, deleted it, did not work either. Sort of clueless as to what's happening.
