weapon disappearance

    So I had a +11 Kzarka Longbow in my inventory that i was enhancing for my Ranger and it disappeared on me. Can i get assistance as to what exactly happened to it?

    How did you lose the item? Items don't just disappear..

    Well I went to toss away some trash items from my inventory and noticed that it wasn't there. So I don't know if I tossed it before hand or something else. All I know is that I checked all of my storages and it's not in them.

    Alright, thought so. You must have tossed the weapon along with the other items.
    We're not going to refund or exchange any items that were accidentally thrown. Be more careful next time.
