    what happen to my old account in gamezaion GM .. i have 4 character before . but now i open my account thers no more character GM . plzz what happen to my account i didnt use any vaolation in this game . plzz GM come back my character :(

    Characters that wasn't transferred to Siel within the given time frame have been removed from the database. There is no way to recover these characters.

    There has been enough time to transfer the characters from Lumiel to Siel. If you weren't around during that time, I'm sorry but there is no way to recover these characters since Lumiel's data has been removed.

    No, but you can always create new character in Siel.
