Webshop Purchase Doesnt Work

I purchased this ID: 189600030 [Skill Card] Chicklet Variation from the webshop and it does not work. After researching the forums I see posts from a year ago saying it doesnt work. If I understand right this ID: 189600029 [Skill Card] Guitar Rhapsody works? I would appreciate , if you would please, either the skill card that works for bard or the credits refunded. Thank you so much.

Lol, animations are bugged like, 1year.not fixed yet. Guitar rhapsody its the only one working 100%,rainbow varia' 50% ,chickilet variat' 0% .

 

@cocosul Yeah I really wanted that chicken egg! I guess I should have realized when I didnt notice it in game but I didnt think they would have something on webshop that didnt work. I will settle for the guitar as soon as the busy staff gets around to me. Its just five dollars right?
