The Great GamezAion Valentines Bake-Off

As it is GamezAion’s 8th anniversary, here is a special contest to celebrate Valentine’s Day! I don’t know about you but I love cake and cookies and other baked treats! Even better I love baking for the special people in my life. But the best is when someone special bakes me a cake with love.





The challenge I put to you is to bake a treat for your special valentine, snap a picture and share it with us here on the forum. You must include your IGN somewhere in the picture. The easiest way would be on a piece of paper next to the item but you could even directly incorporate it into the baked goods!





Everyone except staff members are allowed to enter.
You are allowed to submit one entry.
Your entry should consist of a picture of your baked treat and you MUST include your IGN somehow. The easiest way to do this is to write your name on a piece of paper and place it next to your baked goods. ADDING YOUR IGN AFTER THE PICTURE IS TAKEN USING A PHOTO EDITOR WILL NOT COUNT.

Our younger players will need to get parental permission to enter and will be allowed parental assistance in the creation of their baked goods.
You are allowed to edit your entry before the event closing date.
Plagiarism is not allowed. Copying someone else's entry will result in disqualification and a black strike will be issued.
Players joining with multiple forum/in-game accounts will be disqualified and will also receive a black strike.
Forum accounts made after the event is posted are not allowed to join.

I would hope you’d put in a bit more effort than that!

You can use a microwave or stove top! Google ‘no bake treats’ for ideas. All you need to do is produce a sweet dessert you’ve made yourself! If you don’t have either of those, I would accept a plain store bought cake you have decorated yourself as your entry.

It needs to be a sweet dessert you have made yourself . Whether this is something you have baked or something you have assembled is up to you!

You need to post a picture of your item with your ign. However if you’d like to show us your baking process, we won’t object!

No you don’t need to post your face, only your finished item next to your ign

This is lovely however it needs to be a cake you have baked yourself, with your in game name in the picture somewhere and a proof photo of the baking process.

You need to create a sweet treat, so unfortunately macaroni won’t do the trick.

Yep a video proof would be acceptable, however your entry still needs to be photo uploaded to imgur

On another note, I think there has been some misunderstanding as to the requirements of this challenge. The requirements are listed below and no entry so far has met all of them. I will tag all entries so far below to alert players to the need to change their entry.

*The cake/cupcake/cookies/chocolates etc needs to be something you have baked, created or purchased and then decorated/assembled yourself. We know how to do a reverse image search, we weren't born yesterday. The majority of entries clearly are not home baked items. However as I have not been at the computer and there are several entries fitting this description, I am giving everyone a chance to remove or edit their entry to one they have made themselves. Any participant who does not change their entry before the end of the contest will be eliminated and will receive a black strike for plagiarism.

*Your IGN (In Game Name) needs to be present in the image, either incorporated into the design or physically on a piece of paper next to it. Names added via photo editor will not count. Again we weren't born yesterday, we can tell if this is the case.

*You need to use imgur.com to upload your entry. For the millionth time, DO NOT USE ATTACHMENTS. That is to say, do not use the upload an image button. This is your last warning from me in this contest regarding this point. Anyone using attachments from now on will not receive notification from me that they have failed to meet requirements and will not receive a participant reward.

*You need to add proof (photo or video) of your creation process. Self explanatory, use a spoiler to post your proof.

If anyone needs help with any of these requirements, please send me a pm and I am happy to explain further. You will not be judged on the quality of your baking, only your creativity. We aren't expecting you to create a professional masterpiece!

Yes it does seem people are still posting plagiarised images, and still don't get the point of this competition despite several warnings and explanations. To make it clear this is not acceptable, I have no choice but to disqualify the following:

[EDIT] Ok, my cake was not the most beautiful one, but it tasted really really good !!!!
Sometimes, the simplest is the better !
300g of Almonds and peanuts
150g of sugar
50g of flour
2 eggs

U mix sugar and eggs, then add the nuts (maybe better than peanuts and almonds) and flour and that's it
