SW Attack Speed Problem

Hi sir, i would like to confirm this.
POA Tittle + Woc 2 + Scroll + Candy = 1.5 Attack Speed
AC Tittle + Woc2 + Scroll + Candy = 1.5 Attack Speed

POA Tittle give 1% attack speed
AC Tittle give 3% attack speed
how come its the same?
i got BL harp and there is no + attack speed

 

it means that 2% on more it's not sufficent it's like you may be nearly 1.4, put attack speed fuse as provenace to improve attack speed

 

so i just waste buying AC Tittle?

Nope. use Greater Courage Scroll

 

Yes i already Use Scroll but same result 1.5 attack Speed

 

Your BL harp should be fuse to provenance harp or Infinity harp to get 1.2 attack speed

 

Damn my fuse have +10ms

 

that's what i said...you need attack speed fuse to make your attack speed go to 1.2...im sure it's like if you got 1.495 attack speed or 1.51 (with AC) and 1.55+ using "POA"
