Solved Character(s) disappeared

Dear Support !

I a have a problem. I used to play this game.. I haven't log in for more than a year (or more ?), and my charater(s) are disappeared. How could this happened ? Can I get back them ? There are long breaks yoears ago, but my charater hasn't been deleted then. Thank you very much !

 

Hello on wich server are you played? If lumiel that was been closed if you wont moved your character(s) to Siel its been deleted.

 

Hello, there is no way to restore your characters. Everything that was on Lumiel was deleted and it is now gone for good. I suggest you to create new characters on Siel and try to gear up again. There is a pvp set available in game, and many people are willing to help the new/returning players. In case you have any problems or questions you can always send a PM to any of the staff members
