Solved can't initialize the game

hello admins can you help me to my problem I am trying to download aion into our computer shop but then after I downloaded aion and open the client It say's cant initialize the game and I don't know what's the problem is, can you teach me the process how to download aion properly to run it fluently without problem am using 32bit and 64 same problem ASAP thank you admins

 

Download itempak and to be saved in Data\USA\Items\

I downloaded the file but still this happen

 

Download and install Microsoft .NET Framework Click to download
And you can delete your items(2).pak

 

hello admin sorry for the inconvenience but the framework you give me is not applicable for my OS as alternative only 4.5 framework can be used. My client is working but when I open it, it won't work screen shot provided

 

here's my OS

 

Go to your Aion folder -> Rght click -> 'Properties' -> unstick 'Read-only' -> 'Apply' -> 'Apply to all subfolders' -> 'OK'.
If it doesn't work use the .bat launcher (save to Gamezaion folder and run the game)
