    I made the purchase of the 7 day package yesterday, I liked it, and went to buy the 15 day package, but when I logged on to the site to make the purchase, I saw that there was no surplus balance to buy the 15 day package, so I decided to look at the premium purchase history, and it was stated that I had bought the 7-day package twice, at the same time

    Bumpooo, However if you could post pictures with any personal information blurred it'd probably speed up the process. Also PMing one of the dev's/Gms possibly about this.
