I've been stucked this problem since 6.35 am and now 9.23 am
please help me to solve this problem

So, i'm going to first Claim that i'm not the support help of gamez. However this does sound like file corruption. How would this happen? It could be anything from not adding the game to your exceptions on your Antivirus/Firewall to simply having the game pause or crash on download and the file acquired data corruption that way. I would try Deleting Cache files of the game if any exist. Add your FOLDER to exceptions and try re downloading . I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

But i'll try your suggestion and How can I try to delete Cache files of the game ?

 

Sorry for the reply if it was late go into your C : /Documents - > Black Desert Online - > Delete Cache

 

Set exceptions for GamezBD Launcher and Black Desert Online folder in your antivirus, firewall and windows defender.

That's pretty much the only way to solve this preparing to download problem.
