Arsha weapon not showing to others?

Me and my friend bought the arsha weapon from the webshop. Apparently, when we took a screenshot, the weapon appears to be skinless.

Should there be a setting enabled? Or this is a known bug?

I can personally take pictures of mine being a (Warrior) However, I'm not sure about others. I will get back to you tomorrow when I try to take a picture with a buddy of mine that I know has one.

If so, then it might be a bug until someone from gamezbd answers it to clear things out?

I apologize for the misunderstanding. To clarify, I'm unable to see the arsha weapon of my friend, and he also does not see my arsha weapon ingame. I'll provide some screenshot later.

In short, only the wearer of the item can see the skin.

Both of our class is Musa.

Oh ok, sounds like a bug indeed?
Purpose of a weapon or costume skin is to let your character outstand the looks towards others and it breaks that functionality if a different player can't see the animation that you guys are seeing.
