    carl 30% enchance premium buf is bug ? y using 35 fls for try up kutum duo and It does not go up and i have accumulated 41 fails x2
    Plss HELP! NO ITS LOGIC (I HAVE PREMIUM)

    A 30% chance is just 3% on top of the already current chance if I'm correct. (Not sure if i am) So if I was right it wouldn't make it insanely easier to fs etc. RNG is still a thing.

    No you're right 30% = 3% however it does make a difference when going for PEN.

    pero si al ponerlo da el 30% tienes que dar el 30% y no el 3%
