BDO - [failed to connect]

    I'm still struggling with [now processing] -> [failed to connect]
    i've tried:
    - Restarting my PC
    - Restarting router and my PC
    - http://forum.gameznetwork.com/threads/gamezbdo-errors-and-solutions.210464/ [full read]
    - elevated cmd:
    a) ipconfig /release - /renew
    b) ipconfig /flushdns + Changed to OpenDNS
    c) netsh int ip reset followed by PC restart [this has worked for me before the v678 update]
    - Tried VPN [returning with "Valid authentication time has expired" error]
    My launcher version is v678 - patched with [v661 GamezBD to v678 GamezBD (2.7GB)]

    - Performed force file check from launcher - no errors
    - Folder R/W set as stated in guides

    same as me, before v678 update i can login after using "netsh winsock reset" but i cant do it right now.
