Donation using MOL Points Rixty, did not reflect the payment.

Hi,

I am writing this in the forums so it can be documented and easily be followed.
As I chat with Kolkha, he told me to inform Carl about this. I already sent Carl a message but it may be that he is busy so was not able to respond or check yet.
This would be my 4th donation supposedly since the other 3 transactions worked properly and flawlessly.
However, when I tried to load the 5 USD; the account and history in gamezbd do not show the payment being reflected.
Checking my mol.com does show I did pay the amount in gamez. Not sure what is lost here or where is the issue since as I mentioned, this is my 4th time I have been donating to gamezbd.

Attached screenshots and hidden some info for protection unless Carl would need to see them.
Also, as of writing this it past 30mins since the transaction. It may not be that long but since it's my 4th time to load, my past transactions was fast that when I checked them it's instantly showing the cash I donated in gamezbd so I can instantly subscribe to the premium membership package or extend.

I spoke with Laredel and was informed in rare occasions it may take up to 48 hours after donating. Hopefully that would be just my case and not really an issue.

This can be closed now. I contacted MOL chat support and they fixed the issue with Rixty/MOL and checking gamezbd account now shows my purchase. I hope this can help others who will go purchasing/donating via MOL/Rixty.

 

I'm having the same problem atm, will contact their support. Btw @RevelationsOn, did you contact them using the MOL Live Support?
