Broken shop gifting

So i started playing this with my gf a couple weeks ago, and tried to send her a gift via ingame pearlshop.. i selected her family name through the friends list option on the webshop, and no i did not or could not have sent to the wrong person seeing as there isnt anyone else on my friendslist. sent the gift, and she never recieved it, on any of her characters, even after fully restarting her game. i get that its not a huge deal due to pearls being free and just wait long enough and it doesnt matter, yet I do enjoy supporting the devs of whatever im playing, and it makes it hard for me to want to support the game when the pearls i got for donating just dissapear into the void from something broken without any warning

Which item did you send?
From which character did you send the gift?

 

i sent kamasylvia storage expansions from my only level 50 character. i sent 6 of them, and it took the pearls but no gift was recieved

 

Same happened to me and my guildmate. He wanted to send me some items for the boss gear he got from me through preordering and that item didn't make it in my inventory. It's been broken for a week. They must have ninja removed gifting on this last patch we got.

 

Alright, tested now it works just fine. You must be level 60 to send gifts.
